Market Update on Winnipesaukee Lakefronts

Snow is still falling and the ice has yet to melt, however, the inventory of available lakefronts is growing daily as more property owners attempt to take advantage of the oncoming Spring market.
As of yesterday, there were 186 lakefront properties (not including land) “FOR SALE”.
The following is a breakdown of the price ranges:
